Tracking Activity with Audit Logs

The Audit Logs feature is only available to the users with the Admin role. It allows you to track the activities of the users in your organization. You can view the logs of the activities performed by the users in the organisation, such as creating, updating, deleting, approving or rejecting records.

Access this feature by clicking on the Audit Logs option in the Settings menu.

Viewing Audit Logs

Here is what data you can view with the Audit Logs feature:

Resources

  • Employee
  • Organisation
  • Leave Request
  • Work Records

Actions

  • Created
  • Updated
  • Deleted
  • Added
  • Approved
  • Rejected
  • Cancelled

Additionally, this data can be filtered by employee who performed the action.

This is great for tracking the activities of the users in your organization, especially in cases of disputes or when you need to know who made a change to a record.

These logs cannot be deleted or modified, ensuring that the data is secure and reliable.
